What we collect, and what we do with it.

SaaS Rescue (saasrescue.io) takes over live B2B SaaS products and makes them stable. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@saasrescue.io.

The booking form. Your answers (where your product is today, what’s going on and anything you write in your own words), your name, your work email and, if you give it, your product’s web address.

The plan email. Your email and anything you picked in the plan builder, if you ask us to send you the plan and the example audit. What you tap in the plan builder stays in your browser until you send it.

Where you came from. With either form we include the website or link that brought you here (for example a LinkedIn post), so we know which conversations are working.

How the site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages, referring sites, countries and device types. It doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you. We may also use Microsoft Clarity, which records sessions and heatmaps (where people click and scroll) to show us what is confusing. Clarity uses cookies and masks what you type into forms.

We don’t collect payment details on this site.

To reply to you, send you a link to book your call (usually automatically, within minutes), prepare for that call, and send you anything you asked for, like the example audit. We keep a simple list of who contacted us and when, so we can follow up. We may follow up once, personally. We don’t add you to a newsletter.

To see which parts of the site help people and which don’t, so we can improve it.

Web3Forms delivers what you send through our forms to our inbox. Google stores our email and our list of enquiries. Resend sends our replies. Cal.com handles your booking if you pick a time. Cloudflare hosts the site, forwards our email and runs the visit counts. Microsoft Clarity records sessions if we have it switched on. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

These services may store and process your information in the United States and other countries, and our team may access it from outside the country you’re in.

We don’t sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep your messages for as long as we’re talking to you or working together, and for our records after that. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@saasrescue.io and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.

This policy covers this website. Your codebase, accounts and production data are covered by the NDA we sign before we see any of it, and by the contract for our work together.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
